SJFA leads the way for CoEJ, en route to the FA

SJFA were invited to the recent CoEJ Sports Development Seminar on Sunday 18th December 2016 at Wembley Stadium, and represented by:

One of the agenda slots was allocated to SJFA allowing us to share our experiences and set up.

Aims and Objectives
–          Discuss potential funding available to those who wish to become professional football coaches, referees, players, or hosting semi pro clubs.
–          Understand and appreciate the need for more ethnic minorities to get involved with professional football.
–          Gain an insight into what other sports clubs are doing, how they train, what format is used and how they work with local professional teams.
–          How to handle being in the media spotlight as an ethnic minority professional football player.
–          Network with those attending from the English F.A.
